I needed a birthday cake quickly as the local bakeries required several weeks advance notice to make a custom cake. This cake looked so attractive and fun that I had to try it out. And it is a beautiful cake, but it was also delicious. Far better tasting than the custom cake we managed to get from the bakery. Shipped frozen in dry ice, takes some time to get it to the right temperature. Five stars is not enough for this cake.

I ordered it to eat it I’ve ordered it before and it was delicious!! But this one was disappointing.

As adults, we didn’t think the cake tasted that great, but the kids really enjoyed it. Packing/shipping was great, and the price was actually better thru Amazon than purchasing directly off the Carlos Bakery website. The cake was beautiful with nice vibrant colors, I think we just expected it to taste better since it is a Carlos Bakery cake.

Everyone in Miami was so excited because the rainbow cake came from Carlos bakery in Hoboken, not only did the kids love it the adults loved it!I would I would definitely order again.

The cake did not have sprinkles all up the side as the picture advertises. It was also incredibly crumbly in the middle and was hard to cut into nice pieces

I purchased this cake for my daughter six-year-old birthday party. I was hesitant, purchasing it online. However, I am a fan of the Cake Boss, so I trusted this would be good. It did not disappoint, it is sweet, obviously like most cakes are. Has more of a butter cream stiff icing to it, but really good. It was definitely a hit at the party. Everyone complement the cake!* This cake did arrive a couple days earlier than expected, I just transferred it to the freezer. Then put it in the refrigerator the night before party, then set it out a few hours before the party. Perfect! 🌈
