One of the nicest protein bars
Idon’t know really know why nobody talks about this flavour of Grenade bar because they are so good and so underrated! Out of all the protein bars I’ve tried, these are hands down some of the best. The texture is perfect. It’s soft and chewy and the flavours are incredible.They don’t have that weird aftertaste that some protein bars do, and they actually feel like a proper treat while still being high in protein. Whether it’s for a quick snack or post-workout fuel, these bars hit the spot every time.Honestly, they deserve way more attention. If you haven’t tried them yet, you’re seriously missing out! I highly recommend giving them a go and don’t think you’ll regret it.

Great taste, consistency and macros
Grenade are a top tier protein bar.A 60g bar with around 20g protein and approximately 230 calories and less than 2g sugar with good levels of fiber. These are generally very good macros.I find these to be substantial with good eating in them. Almost every flavour of the Grenade protein bar range is great but I'll specifically reference this one - peanut butter and jelly. Not being American this isn't a staple of my diet or childhood and isn't something I could ever imagine being good. In a protein bar it is great. Chocolate on the outside is delicious, you can definitely taste both the jelly and peanut butter flavours and they go well together. This is very like a confectinary bar, there is good chewiness, you can see and taste the different layers of chocolate, jelly and peanut butter. These are very moreish and I'll buy again.When ordering these as a subscription they are very good value.

Flavour is almost as bad as the delivery experience.
Was delivered almost a week late as DPD lied and claimed attempted delivery.It arrived damaged as some genius thought a flimsy bag is appropriate packaging for a cardboard box containing food.And then in the end the flavour was disappointing. Can't really make out the peanut or the jam. Just tastes like artificial sweetener.

Short BBE date.
The bars are very nice, but have a very short BBE date. By the time I received the order which took a long time and then was delayed by another 3 days, the BBE is only 11 days.Considering the short BBE, the time it took for the item to arrive and the amount I paid for them, I will order these from somewhere else in future.
