Best walker we own, and totally worth its rather high price.
Lightweight (10.6 pounds), folds easily, so you don't have to be an athlete to put it in the car, so the range in which a user can walk on their own is vastly increased. Excellent design, brake cables not exposed so they're safer, the holes for height adjustment are aligned with the brads so you don't have to rotate the connector, the brakes work well, the handles are positioned to help you get closer to the walker. The seat means that the user can stop and rest if necessary. If you are out in the world and need to put the walker, say, against a wall or near a table, it folds up nicely to occupy much less space. There's an accompanying small bag to transport things that you can attach if you like. This was our user's fourth walker and its user doesn't use any of the others anymore. We've already allowed a friend to try our byAcre walker out and they're ordering their own. It's not cheap, but it's worth it to get one's life back.

Lightweight, sturdy, and easy to maneuver
Lightweight and sturdy. The seat isn't great but it works for short periods. Very expensive but much easier for me to get in and out of the car and that is important. The brakes are much better than those on other rollators we own and the brake wires are inside the frame.

PERFECTION!
I did a lot of research regarding “walkers” for my 92 year spry mother who is having a leg muscle issue. My mother is a very youthful 92 and just did not like any of the traditional walkers… too big, unattractive, made my mother feel old lol (we test drove a few). We decided, for her condition the ByAcre rollator would be perfect! It is amazing!! It is easy to use, the brake handles are awesome the way they are situated the opposite way (one might describe) as it is easier on the wrists. One of the important features we were concerned about is the braking system, no worries they work perfectly! For my mothers situation she needed a Walker that just gives her support in case her muscle gives out, she needs to rely on a brake that will keep her from falling in the event she is taken off guard, the brakes work perfectly! Okay, let’s speak about the ease of picking this rollator up!! It is as the advertising states - so light and easy to carry! The steering is easy, it is effortless to walk while using this rollator which was not the case for others we tried. The others were just too bulky, and the lighter version were too chintzy. We are so happy about our choice, my mom now looks forward to going out for a walk with me. I forgot to mention, originally we were viewing the three wheel type rollators … I just kept thinkng it would be better to have a seat just in case my mom needed to sit down immediately… however, all the other four wheel rollators are too big - with the exception of ByAcre. It is really like a three wheel unit (the feel) in size with a bonus seat. Lastly, it’s beautiful, the design is really gorgeous, the bag that comes with is perfect in size - not too bulky, it looks like a designer bag vs a “hospital” bag. I can’t say enough about this rollator - seriously! We live in Southern California, not much rain, so this baby is going to get a lot of use!! At first the price seemed a bit high …. But the old saying “ you get what you pay for” is so correct! It is worth it, most importantly my mom feels good using it vs “old” as she is still stylish at her age. It might seem silly to worry about but I guess until you are there you don’t know how you will feel! Thank you ByAcre for the stylish, high end rollator, you are for sure the Apple Inc. of your category!!

Great product for ease of use, transport, and lightweight design
THE BEST WALKER FOR MY MOM! We are so happy with this convenient and easy to use rollator for my 94 year old mom. It's easy to fold and transport because of it's lightweight. It's easy for my mom to use as well. She lives in a small house and can get around corners easy. We take it to the malls and she's able to use the handle brakes as well as lock and unlock the wheels just thru the handles. The simple design is also appealing because there aren't wires hanging everywhere. It was hard enough to convince my mom to use an assistive walker so this design really helped. We get so many compliments from people as well commenting on the Acre and asking us where we bought it. The price is more than other walkers but worth it for its ease of use, transportability, and my mom ACTUALLY uses it!Thank you for making such a thoughtful well designed product to make seniors lives more accessible!

READ THE ONE STAR REVIEWS FOR CONSISTANT ISSUES BEFORE DECIDING TO PURCHASE.
The dimensions on the Regular Track say seat 16.5 inches (picture 1). The rollator has a triangular forward, and triangular upward build which decreases the usable seat area between the handles from 15 inches at the front edge of the seat to 14.5 inches at best at the mid-seat hole.Three consistent complaints in the ONE STAR reviews were:1. Misrepresented seat size and seat usability.2. Structural quality and breakage.3. Returnability.I cannot say much about structural quality since I have not used it. However, when inspecting the product for use, the brakes on what I received do not hold tightly and do not appear to be outwardly adjustable.I cannot speak about returns as I am just requesting return today, but will update this review during/after the process.

pricey but stunning
very expensive but has great features. Half the weight of other rollators. Folds up easily to put in cars, etc. People stop to admire it with its beautiful design. From Denmark. Downside: no place to carry groceries, etc.Ease of assembly:take it out of the box already assembled! even I could do it.Ease of transport:folds easily
