Very good replacement parts.
Easy to install. Solved the problem with my Flushmate toilet. With Amazon Prime, it arrived the next day.

DOES NOT FIT the Flushmate models indicated
There are several problems with this product. The shape of this cartridge appeared identical to the original cartridge in our Flushmate tanks. However, its dimensions are off and the differences may be small but it made these cartridges uninstallable in our Flushmate tank systems. I even hired professional plumbers (Tamasi Plumbing, NJ) and they too could not install these cartridges (in two toilets). Finally, two separate plumbing contractors advised us to discard the whole toilets and replace them with regular models for Lowes or Home Depot. It cost us over 500 dollars of additional expense due to the extra time that the lumbers struggled to try to fit these cartridges.And that wasn't the end of our horrible experience with these products purchased on Amazon. Even after returning these cartridges duly at Whole Foods within the return window, and obtaining receipts the seller (or Amazon?) is charging us for both the cartridges.This experience is really not what we expected as long-time customers of Amazon Prime.

Perfect Fit, Easy Install
Ordered this replacement because our old one was causing the toilet to run and not flush. This was easy to install and once installed, the toilet flushed like it was new. Thanks for the replacement part, it was perfect.

The OEM part may be a better choice
I ordered this simply because it was shipping faster than the Sloan name brand replacement. It works, but not as good as the original. This thing has a ridiculous amount of internal spring tension holding it in position; so much that in order to get it to flush you have to really torque on the flush lever, or leave the top of the tank off so you can use both hands to smash the valve open like you're a contestant on Press Your Luck.Other than the extra difficulty flushing it does the job but I'm writing this just as I placed an order for the Sloan brand part. We'll see.

Easy installation
Item was very easy to install and solved all my issues. So happy with product that I bought another one to have on hand. Original one lasted for 8 years.
