These bags fit my Simple Human trash can so perfectly that there is no extra plastic going to waste. When using these bags, I know that I am putting less plastic into the landfill than I used to do with other plastic bags. Also, they are plenty strong for normal household trash — I’ve never had one tear or bust.

I had been purchasing hard to find (in my area anyway) garbage bags to fit my Simply Human Code C trash can because I didn't want to pay the extra money for their brand. It was frustrating and time consuming to find the bags and then to wrestle with getting them to fit without bunching up, sticking out, or falling in. Getting them out of the can was another struggle because the bags that were a bit too small would spill, and the bags that were too big would bunch everything at the bottom. I ended up using more bags than I needed because I wanted to avoid wrestling with them to get the old one out and then the new one in. But it was cheaper.So I decided to try these bags just once. What the heck? I could spend a couple of extra dollars once to see how the other half lived, right? Well, I will never go back again. First of all, the delivery system is seamless. It's like grabbing a tissue out of a box. The next one is always right there. Replacing the bag takes seconds. You pull out the old one quickly because the fit is perfect, and even if it is full to the top, it closes perfectly and cleanly. The new bag pops in and fits perfectly over the top and sits against the sides and bottom like a custom slip cover.I end up using less bags because I fill these fuller. It takes no time to switch them out. They are strong. The only down side is that they cost a bit more. It's worth it. Just match that code to the bags, and you are good to go.

Bags are better than any bag you can buy at the supermarket. Only ones I use.

We have the Simple Human can this fits in, so yeah they fit perfectly. The 3-pack Amazon sells are good value, and when you're close to the last bag, there's a sticker that reminds you to order more. Pull ties are great for sealing your trash! We just fill up this little can in a week (2 of us), you can make it work by collapsing your garbage like milk cartons flat, and recycling as much as possible!

These are sturdy and small. The small part is the absolute best. I never fill the regular-sized bags and the waste has always bugged me. I have used this for a couple of years. I carry my trash down six flights of stairs and these bags have never failed. I also really appreciate that they are unscented, too.

These are solid bags, but they didn’t fit the trash can I have which is a size they claim to fit into. It’s an absolute battle to try to stretch it far enough to fit and is a killer on your fingers. Durable as heck though so that’s a bonus.

You can make do with recycled plastic shopping bags. And you'll tell yourself: "I'm not one of these people who needs proprietary bags for my fancypants rubbish bin! I'm a responsible citizen doing my best to cut waste."Well, I'm here to tell you to get your mess together.Those recycled plastic shopping bags don't reach the bottom of the bin. Try to compress the funk you've put in there, and now you have bag handles just loose and looking for somewhere to go. And you know where they wind up? Sticking out of the lid. STICKING. OUT. OF. THE. LID. Mocking you. Mocking your family members and guests. Mocking me, who took the time to counsel you against this decision.So you're not a recycled plastic shopping-bag person? You think that just any manufacturer's short-ish bag is going to cut it? Yeah, well, only if bag overspill around the lid is the look you're after.Just get the bags already. They fit. They're thick. They have a wee drawstring.

I have 4 strictly indoor cats. I use 2 Simplehuman lidded trash pails and the Code C custom trash bags for used kitty litter. The bags fit perfectly in the pail and are amazingly durable given wet kitty litter is rather heavy!! When replacing a full bag, I grab the bag BENEATH the perforation and lift. I have never experienced a torn bag when lifted properly. I highly recommend the product.
