This helped as soon as I put it on. Definitely worth the money I'm going to order me another set I don't know how long they last cuz I've only used it for a day but it made a huge difference in my pain. They are comfortable it came with two actually I thought it was only buying one so that was a nice surprise.

Who knew something with such a simple design would be so helpful?! I've suffered with issues with my right foot for over a year and now my heel was starting the hurt. This product has helped me tremendously and has helped get me out of pain. Finally!!!

I have plantar fasciitis, so constant heel pain. This does help me walk on hardwood floors more comfortably. I am a women's shoe size 8 and feel like the product does slide around on my feet. You can adjust it with Velcro, too, so it's frustrating. Overall a decent product.

They work fine and help alleviate my heel pain. Prior to wearing them, I felt that the “meat or muscles” of under my heel felt worn out and thin. It feels like the gel restored that lost “meat or muscles”. But the effectiveness became less after 4-5 days or so of wearing them. The gel became more compressed and the elasticity of the strap is not that strong anymore to keep it snugly under the heel. I feel the pad shift to the front on my affected right foot while it still sits okay under my unaffected left foot. And that while wearing shoes. Forget about wearing sandals, they are all over the placeI washed them according the the instruction and the effectiveness came back but not quite 100% as when new. In the meantime I bought another pair and that works just like the exiting pair. Probably a pair of those will last a month or maximum two months if you use them daily and you have to replace them after a while that if you like that idea. Hope this honest opinion helps.

When I ordered this product is wasn’t anything like the picture and size is really off to say the least! Very Flimsy and the Velcro strap doesn’t fit it’s to short. Uncomfortable because it digs into your foot and you can’t wear a sock with it because there isn’t any Velcro!

I can wear this with flip flops or any shoe for that matter. I like the comfort and the adjustable fit. Easy to put on and clean. The price is excellent and I got good value. I did not feel any of the seams or stitching.

It helped for a little bit but my feet still hurt.

These heel gel pads made walking much more comfortable with plantar faciitis. One issue is though after washing everyday, velcro does not hold as tight so I wear under a sock instead of on top.
