The scent of this JBCO water is also not too sweet. Its consistency is like water. It doesn’t feel oily or greasy to the touch and it’s lightweight. This product should function very well as the first level of moisture for my thick and coarse 3c/4a curls before beginning the LCO method for them. I think this because I’ve noticed my hair has an affinity towards JBCO. For 16oz. of product that costs $6.99, this product is an excellent value for the money I spent.

My son uses the As I Am JBCO Water daily, and he loves it. It’s become a staple in his hair routine. His curls stay hydrated, defined, and soft without feeling weighed down or greasy. It gives his hair the moisture it needs while also helping to strengthen and protect it, especially in between wash days.The spray is super easy to use and absorbs quickly, which is great because he’s not into complicated routines. His hair looks healthier and more manageable, and we’ve both noticed a difference in the overall strength and softness.Definitely a must-have for curly or textured hair and the 16 oz bottle lasts a good while. We’ll be keeping this stocked!

I love this stuff. It has given my super fine, wavy to curly hair new life. It's completely weightless, never crunchy, never greasy or heavy, and you don't need a ton of it like with some curl products.I use it both on wet hair to define curls and on dry hair to refresh curls that are drooping. I put it on quite wet hair after shampooing, generously until the hair is very saturated.p, then wrap in a t-shirt for a few minutes, remove and air dry. On dry hair, I spritz quite sparingly, just a little on the ends and then scrunch with my hands and flattened curls bounce right up.The scent is a subtle and natural, light coconut scent.My hair is so bouncy and moisturized after using this, and the price is right.

Loved it! Made my scalp really moisturized not too oily. Smells really good and also helps soften the hair works perfectly and last a decent amount of time .

Very light and pleasant scent and great value

Like others I found what I received contained lots of bubbles, smelled slightly of bubble bath and it did not perform in my hair the way it does when I purchase it from Sally’s! Also it says Ceramide water on the bottle I received. Idc what they say it’s supposed to do it’s not what I ordered and it damaged my hair. Tons of breakage from dryness. I recently had a friend go to Sally’s and his hair turned out as amazing as I’m used to with it so there can’t be a change in formula. This made my hair dry and gummy and frizzy which the store bought one NEVER does. I’m disgusted with this product as sold through Amazon. I will go into the store and get it myself.
