Works Perfectly
One of my dogs chewed through the previous charger cable when she got mad, so I needed to quickly get it replaced. This worked perfectly on my PetSafe ScoopFree Ultra, just plugged it in and it turned back on. Because it fits and I havent had any issues the functionality is 5 stars. I rate it at 4 because the length of the cord is slightly shorter than the original one , so it barely reaches where I currently have my litter box.

It works great with my litter box. My cat chewed up the original one and this one works great! I taped it to the floor so my cat won’t chew on it.

Does not fit PAL00-14242
This charger does not securely fit the PAL00-14242 model, meaning it won’t run without manually pushing on the charger to get a snug connection.
