Alaska Smokehouse Premium Smoked Salmon, 4 Ounce Gift box

Takes me back to my childhood and the refrigerator converted to a smoker that converted our Puget Sound harvest into ambrosia. At least that's how I remember it, and this salmon takes me there.Very happy. Good flavor with a balance of sweet, salty, and smoky, and a good moisture level. Firm, flaky, and delicious.

It was more oily than I was expecting and went bad a lot quicker than I think it should have. That being said, I thought it had bold, smokey flavor and a little went a long way. (hence it went south before I could use it all.)

Makes great spread for crackers, just use dill lemon juice Worcester mayo cream cheese, mix well

I have been enjoying this product for a while, but my past 2 orders were not as good as earlier ones. The fish seemed "dryer" even though the packaging was the same.

I could give it 0 star. Filets were two lumps of fish. Opened it up the stink filled the entire house . I bagged it and walked it to the dumpster... I've eaten salmon all my life love it. This looked and smelled more like fish emulsion. Very very disappointed...

It had a very oily consistency. The quality did not measure up to other brands that we have had. Will not purchase this smoked salmon again.
