Q: Ordered the asleep at the reel pj bottoms. does the pictures t-shirt come with it. if not where can i get it?

When I ordered, the top was not an option, just the bottoms.

Q: What waist size is a medium?

They run very, very small. I ordered a medium and they were very tight. I'm 5'7 145 lbs....went in the drawer for misfits

Q: Pj's were sent again and I returned them w/ chg of $11.09. Is there a way to be reimbursed for the shipping fees?
