Very nice sounding for price
I got these headphones π§ on sale for just over $25. I read other reviews and most people gave them good reviews. So, I thought for the price why not give them a try. Well, I've had them for just over two weeks and they seem to just keep getting better sounding. I listen to a wide variety of music, usually over my cellphone using Amazon Music. I also listen using Neutralizer Headphone EQ app. They sound pretty good without it but even better smoothing out the bright highs and adding a little punch to the bass. They have rather large ear pads but are extremely comfortable. You also get a pair of velour ear pieces which I haven't tried yet but look nice. These play loud and you can really crank up the volume with very low distortion. I usually cannot tolerate the volume turned all the way up because these play so loud. I can also notice little nuances in the music or songs that normally would be missed. So, my conclusion is these are extremely amazing headphones for the price. An extremely terrific value for the build quailty and precise sound from these relatively inexpensive headphones π§ from Monoprice. I would definitely recommend them. They definitely are the best $25+ headphones I've ever heard or owned. They sound like much more expensive phones.

Nice, sounds good.
Large than expected but worth it to have it not smash my ears. Liked the long cable and the attachment for plugging into my sound board.

Headphones sound good but construction is really bad.
Headphones sound good and a lot of the "features" it has are nice (such as the disconnectable cords).I'm giving this a low rating though as the construction of the headphone is really bad. The sides of the headphone fell off with minimal use even though I bought this a couple of months ago. (I've used it maybe 15 days in total, otherwise it has been hanging off my desk with nothing bumping into it.)These headphones are not built to last, so if you want a cheap (if it's on sale) headphone with decent sound quality then it could be these, but don't expect to have them in good shape for months after you bought it.

Absolutely Amazing Value
These are better than most $100 headphones. They used to be like $70 and were well worth it then. They are selling for $25 right now, which is absolutely crazy! I had to buy a second pair. I have had my first pair for almost 2 years now, which I bought from the Monoprice website for around $70. I still love them. They sound beautiful.

Nothing I love more than spending 70$ on a pair of headphones that break after two weeks.
Seriously, the damn thing that connects the ear cup to the headband is made of weak plastic that snapped easily. At least the sound was good while it lasted.

A Very Comfortable Neutral Can For Everyone
*Build Quality: It's good for an 80$ can. The ABS construction with a matte black finish feels solid. The aluminum hinges have a decent thickness to them. The protein leather padding looks and feels proper for a product at this price (80$). The hinges and plastic don't creak when I move my adjusted headphones on and off my head. You can snap the earpads off by simply turning the left pad towards you and the right away from you. This is incredibly convenient as it makes it easier to clean or replace the pads.-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------*Sound: These have a wide sound stage for a closed back monitor. Wide enough to sound like a semi open back. Good imaging. Very neutral sound signature with a tad bit of emphasis on the treble for track tangibility. Definitely a good headphone for monitoring and tracking. They also sound musical enough for general music listening enjoyment.-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------*Comfort: These are incredibly comfortable. I prefer the factory applied protein leather pads over the included velour pads. I'm happy that they include an extra set of pads nevertheless. Both are definitely over the ear pads and they will fit over everyone's ears unless you have Andre the Giant proportions.Consider the above and decide for yourself if these are headphones you'd want. I think they will be

Excellent value price headphones
For $100 headphones, the sound quality is excellent. They easily reach down to the bass notes without being boomy, with nice clear midrange and high tones. They are good for metal and EDM, but really shine when you feed them jazz and acoustic music. They also respond very well to EQ tweaking if that's your thing. The sound reminds me of a set of Koss headphones I had years ago, but at half the price. The construction is OK, but being molded plastic some care in handling is warranted. They also do a reasonably good job of blocking out the outside world, being over-ear models. If you're looking for reasonably priced gear that performs above it's price class, these are your headphones.
