hm. i don't have my bottle in front of me but i read them off just this week, to a client, lets' see what I can remember. water, pumpkin, lactic acid, something, something, glycolic acid, something, something soothing, then the spices, ginger, allspice, clove and a couple others.

Q: would you use this before or after extractions?

I would do it after - perhaps you should steam and extract first and follow up with this product. The exfoliant makes your skin tighter, which is many ways seems like a hindrance if you do it first. I'm only a user, not a seller.

Q: Does it contain any parabens?

Yes. It contains Methylparaben and Propylparaben and you only leave it on your face for about 5 minutes.
