Convenient and easy to install
I bought it for the added large cup holder, but the phone holder is also convenient. It ia easy to install (10 min. if you stop for a coffee break).

For my Jeep Wrangler
Only phone holder that hasn’t broke after a few bumps and actually holds my phone. Very easy to install.

Nice but
This is a nice little addition to a 2016 Jeep Wrangler, it is easy to install and is very stable. The downside is that you can't put a very large drink in it as I'm certain it would fall out because the spring loaded jaws wouldn't be strong enough to hold it. A large drink would fit no problem, but it wouldn't hold. Best for cans and such. Looks very nice and works great for my purposes.

Great cell phone holder
This is great for the price, no instructions so therefore. You have to move the grid bar and then slide the phone bracket onto the handle. There are four screws to be removed. The two front are easy, the two inside are deep inside to find. Good luck!

High Quality Perfect Fit Great Price
I looked at several options for phone holders for my 2017 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Rubicon, and decided to buy this product after looking at reviews and pictures. This was a great purchase! The holder is made of steel and good plastic, extremely sturdy and stable. Holds an iPhone 7, iPhone 6SPlus or Samsung Galaxy 7 with thin case perfectly. Installation was very simple, but took a few minutes to get the factory bolts out due to heavy torque. Used a 5/16" nut driver with a vice grip wrench to remove and reinstall the factory bolts. Used a 6mm allen wrench to remove the plastic cover bolts. Other option is 5/16" socket on a 1/4" ratchet with a 3" extension. The factory bolts holding the handle on are very deep in the dash, but a small hole to reach them, so a 1/2" ratchet it going to be too big unless you adapt down a 1/4" extension. This phone holder isn't going anywhere, even if the jeep is upside down! And the spring arm holding the phone would probably even hold the phone upside down too! It's very sturdy and strong. The phone holder portion is lined with soft foam so there is no damage to your phone. The phone sits a great location near the dash but not in the line of sight blocking any view. Jeeps already have a small range of view and I didn't want a phone blocking any of the field of view. I routed my charging cord from the USB in the console down by the seat up under the trim and passed through the storage net to hold it close to the phone holder. Works well. I'll probably zip-tie the charging cord to the phone holder bracket to keep it in place. Highly recommend this product to any Jeep owner.

Product broke after one week installed
This is the second one of these types of cell phone holder I had for my 2016 Jeep Wrangler JK. The first one (from a different seller) lasted about 2-3 years. This one lasted only one week after I installed it. And I think I put my phone in it twice during that time. It broke where the spring/hinge mechanism is located. We have had very hot temperatures this past week (90 degrees), but my car is in the garage mostly. Maybe the temps caused the plastic to weaken. Not sure, but I don't think I will buy this type again.
