This product makes quick work of cleaning wheels on your engines. I see a noticeable difference on the wheels themselves and the engines run much better.

Not a functional as I had hoped. Better than nothing but didn't meet expectations for the money.

I had left my HO layout stagnant for several years and recently started to work on it. I have 27 DCC controlled locos and when I went to move the first one along the tracks, it would not make contact. Closer inspection revealed there was serious dirt and grime on all wheels. I originally used a Dremel with a wire wheel to clean each wheel. This took 20-25 per loco because after I cleaned one spot on the wheel, I had to put the loco back on the track to advance the wheels to the next dirty spot.With this wheel cleaner, it takes less than a minute to clean all the wheels on a loco. It works great on DCC. Tip: set the throttle between 50-70 when using this wheel cleaner.

I don't usually write reviews but I have to say this wheel cleaner works great. Once I cleaned my first locomotive I had to slow the speed down it ran so much better. Now all 4 of locomotives are running like new. It was easy to use.Thanks Jim B
