Bought this set for Mother's Day. Mom said it was packaged very nicely, so everything was intact!

Its beautiful but the handle is slippery
The beautiful product however the handle is slippery, unlike other Royal Albert products (teapot) that you can hold tightly without worry will fall and break. I returned and get my refund super fast, thank you.
