BelmontRocoto Red Peppers in Brine from Peru (20 oz/560 g)

They aren't like the fresh rocotos. The brine they come in is quite mild. Went through the first jar in about 2 weeks as the pepper is so useful in recipes

Shipped on time. Quality was great. Flavor was very good. I used them to make fresh salsa. Put in about 3 halves along with some jalapenos and green chilis (and everything else salsa).. mixed up in the magic bullet and you have a HOT salsa with a fantastic flavor. This peppers have an undertone that's hard to describe. It's HOT like jalapenos.. but with a nice warm cozy flavor that rounds out a recipe.
