It works well and as described by the seller;Shows temp a little less (98.3 as normal), which is anyways true for most infra red thermometers. but i would still think this is more precise than others and you can use this reading as a benchmark to check fever.though we did not see the certification information for the product in the packaging; but still a decent product and would recommend.

The best part is it prompts you when you have fever, so that is a best feature for me and my parents to use.

Seems to be fast and consistent in readings but readings are 1-2 deg less than what they hould be. Should ideally come in a case to allow it to be stored safely.

wrong temp can not working properly, I'll give -5 rating for this product, waste of buying this product

keeps showing 41 even for normal temperature-Sheer waste of money!Please how can I return it

Purchased Kacool thermometer in May 2019. Product was returned as it didn’t work.Replacement came and when used it did not work.I want my money back or again replace it with working thermometer .No accuracy no value for money

Very easy and less fuss. I bought this for my 2 year old and digital one takes too long. This is fast n accurate.

Changing from C to F mode is tricky . They needs explain this properly somewhere . That way not user friendly
