This exceeded my expectations and it looks so much nicer than I thought it would. I had struggled finding this size frame which is what my sons school photo size was so I was pleased to find a frame that wasn't going to cost me an arm and a leg.It arrived in perfect condition. It's great value for money and I would definitely buy again.

Good wood. Not cheap stuff. Interstingly though i bought the wrong size - my fault! so i sent it back. Really easy to do and at no cost. Took it to the local PO with the download return code. I will buy again, but this time the right size!!!

The photograph that I want to place in this frame is 10'' x 7'' so I thought this frame would be suitable. Unfortunately, when I place it in the frame, I lose some of my photograph on all four sides.I would therefore like to return it.

Got these to frame portraits of my grandchildren. Look lovely and very good quality.

Although this photo is one of an A3 frame, the following holds true of A4 frame. Over the weekend I had a visitor who had both hand-carved and presented as personally ordered articles produced by request of the royal family. So, it is to his judgement I must submit - even though it was the same as mine - when he questioned as to where on earth did I find such tasteful and excellently constructed photograph frames. ''How they can do it while still making a living, beats me!'' was his final remark and one with which I totally agreed.

Fabulous quality. Made to last just perfect in every way. I am so very happy with my purchase. Been searching for a photo frame that would compliment an old picture I have and this has done it proud. I bought it in green and it's beautiful. Very reasonably priced and it has glass !! so much better then those awful Perspex things that go yellow etc with age. Perfect colour, good price, good quality, just two issues let it down:1 it does not come with proper screw in picture hooks only the poor quality metal hooks you bend2 the ‘teeth’ at the back used to secure photo/glass in place are too small making it difficult to bend them to fit

Thrilled with this company, after a long and frustrating search for a picture frame with real glass. I am a pastel artist and you can't frame pastel paintings with that terrible plastic plexi-glass stuff everyone seems to use nowadays.Not only is it real glass but the frame is well made, shabby chic but not too shabby! Love the soft green shade. Sets off my paintings a treat. In fact I have ordered another and will keep coming back for more.Brilliant service. Arrived a day earlier than promised.
