Ribbon received with wrong message
I ordered the big bows for car HAPPY BIRTHDAY. I received Congratulations Graduate 2020. Since no time to order another, we had to turn ribbon streamers over, make letters, and attach. The magnet would not attach to vehicle. This may have been because vehicle had a fresh waxing. Disappointing and valuable time soaked up.
