POOR POOR...POOR POOR QUALITY. Pls stay away from this trash. Spent 45K on the whole set & it’s all broken in just 4-5 months. If you really love your money, pls stay away from this item. I am Sending LEGAL NOTICE against both seller & amazon for this piece of trash sent to us, assuring a good quality recliner.

Foam not upto mark. Gets softened within 1 month use. Very poor quality foam used.

I have another recliner of the same model and the new one is not as good enough.
Item is defective. The leg rest does not come up fully and the legs don’t rest well. I have another recliner of the same model and the new one is not as good enough.

Awesome!
This is my first recliner of this type. And it's just amazing. Worth the price I paid for it (bought it during the sale in August for 12999/-). Even if it breaks in a year, still worth it at 1k approx per month! However, seems sturdy enough to last a few years, though the wood used is not solid (probably ply or some other local wood) - naturally as the more solid and good quality the wood is, the more expensive the recliner would be. However, takes a good amount of weight (so far), very comfortable and soft.Rocks comfortably when the elevated foot rest is not used.Backrest reclines at different angles when the handle mechanism at the side is used to elevate the foot rest.Easy to clean and maintain.Very soft material and comfortable padding.Cons:Getting up (especially for older people) is a little difficult as some strength needs to be used by the lower legs to push back the foot rest in order to get up. If the manufacturers can note this, and modify the mechanism or provide another mechanism to lower it automatically that would be great.Also the foot rest can jerk up uncomfortably and hit your lower legs if not used correctly (no instructions on how to use it properly are provided). Found with use that one should not raise the legs while pulling the mechanism for elevating the foot rest. Instead keep your legs down on the foot rest and gently pull back the mechanism (do not suddenly pull it back). This way, the foot rest rises gradually till you find a comfortable position to lean back.Updated: Oct 2020Still going strong! My favourite chair to relax in!

The recline function is not reliable. Does not stay in the position and has to be held on to.
It was installed 6 days post delivery and worked fine during the test. The recliner function held the backrest for support on couple of days but now it doesn't hold back and is not comfortable.@Seller : Could you take a relook at this product. May be it is not doing something right.
