This window shade is perfect for our southern exposure kitchen window. When the sun is setting, it glares full on through this window and is especially bad in the summer. Our window is actually a window box so we had to find something that we could place near the front and being it's above our sink, we wanted to make sure it would be waterproof. We didn't want to block out all light but mostly the bright glare, so we purchased the light filtering fabric which was only $30.00 more. This will work perfectly for us and it looks beautiful! This company is the best. They were quickly responsive to any questions I had and worked to make sure I would get what I needed and expected. They also made sure I understood what to expect and how to give them the most accurate measurements. Echo was extremely helpful for all our needs. I would recommend this company to anyone who wants quality window treatments for a good price!One more thing...the photo may look like the shade is warped but it is not at all. It hangs perfectly straight. It only looks this way because the sun is setting and there are pink clouds. With that it causes the fabric to look kind of translucent!

The process was very easy and fast. The key is to measure correctly and the installation is very easy. Company is very thoughtful and contacted me several times to confirm correct information provided in the order. Once confirmed all the information I received the custom shades in 5 days. Very fast and everything arrived in perfect condition. Each shade was labeled with the size so identifying the location to install was simple. Keep a list of the size and the window location so when they arrive there is no guess work involved. I have a very old house with different sized windows. They all fit perfect. Will add photos shortly, just finished installing yesterday. 3 hours to remove old shades and install new shades. 15 windows included.

By far one the best purchases I have ever made! I love that the shades are custom-made for your windows and that the company checks in with you to confirm the measurements. Everything was super straightforward for ordering!I ordered the inside mount with the cord. Set up was also very simple! There's a very small instruction sheet, and I was worried that it was not enough information, but that is all that you'll need.Functionality wise, IT'S FABULOUS. I'm a vampire and do not like any natural light in my room. I was always very annoyed at the light peeking through in the morning prior to getting the shades. After installing the shades, I actually woke up late for work the next day (LOL). So, safe to say that almost no light comes through -- which is exactly what I wanted! Also, as the temperature is starting to increase, I can definitely tell that my room is the coolest of all the rooms in the house due to the shades!

The blinds were delivered at the early end of the estimated date range. The blinds are simple to install and are robust. The roller tube is metal and the weighed bottom of the blind are better constructed than the blinds these replaced. The one problem I had was the screws sheared with the first bit selected. I was installing the blinds in wood trim and the first two screws sheared when I used a hand screwdriver. I used a larger drill bit for the pilot hole and was able to successfully install the blinds. The hardware that comes with the blinds is for drywall which is likely why the screws had a lower shear strength. I didn't contact the company because I had spare screws from other projects.

Our shades are beautiful, the color true to what was shown on ordering and well-made. Relatively easy to install, though as someone else said the brackets are somewhat weak. The shade slipped when we were installing and it bent one of the brackets easily. The best thing about this purchase was working with a wonderful company that provides spectacular customer service. They texted me repeatedly to be sure I understood my measurements and confirmed them before starting to make up my order. This made a huge difference as I had misunderstood the measuring instructions. Once the measurements were confirmed, the order came very quickly, packaged well and well-protected. We are very happy with the shade, very sturdy and stylish:-) The highlight was customer service, they communicated with me till the order was complete, and followed up with us to make sure if everything was ok. Actually, there was a wrong parts in the package, which wasn't matching to this shade, we contacted them, and they immediately sent us a right parts, no hussle, it was easy. I was impressed by their customer service, you won't go wrong!!

These shades do what I purchased them for. However, the slightest wind and only one of them, comes unrolled slightly, just enough to unhook from the bottom anchor. It’s a pain in the rear but more of a pain to return. I just don’t get to enjoy my porch if it’s too windy. Oh, I bought them to cut glare on the outdoor tv on a screened in porch.

The order came 2.5 weeks ahead of the expected date. They came in 2 weeks! The sellers were super helpful and kept in contact with me. I had no idea what exact size I needed but they helped me fixed my measurements. The curtains are suuupper pretty and what I wanted. The curtains feel like good material and are sturdy. Really good price for the quality.
