I'm sure this is an excellent product, but I'm a vegetarian, and I kept burping it back up. So while this product is a no-go for me, it definitely tastes like beef!I was using it to try to treat my iron deficiency, but I kept tasting it, so that doesn't work for me, but I guarantee you it will work for people that love beef!

This is a great product and I have been using it for several months. For some reason this item came with another item in an Amazon paper envelope and this is how it arrived. I was not happy because I am on the Auto Re-Order system for this product so that the price is lower and now I either have to buy a new bottle at the regular price or go without it for a month. The good news is that Amazon did give me a full refund but it’s just a hassle that this happened.

I have been taking this consistently for almost a year and I can honestly say I probably will never stop! I have seen a huge difference in my energy and skin. Very good beef liver supplement, and only having to take 4 capsules a day is an added benefit. The other top brands require a daily dosage of 6 capsules. I will continue to use these supplements for the foreseeable future.
