Lenovo ideapad 1i is all good.
All good. Worked well right out of the box. It would be helpful to put a simple sheet of instructions on "getting started" but after a bit of trial and error, anyone can figure it out. This is my second or third Lenovo. Very durable.

Great value and EASY
Best price and great value for the money, with software preloaded it was a breeze to update.

Looks like a nice small laptop which is what I wanted, haven’t used it yet.
I am still trying to get it set up. No book and so I have to call the support desk to finish this so that I can use it. Otherwise I’m sure I will be happy with it, wish there was a mouse, I ordered one.

Further Investigation Needed
I am not sure about this computer. I am debating on if this computer should be returned. It has crashed several times. I am not sure if it is because of updates or not. I would hold off on ordering it until I can confirm the root cause of the crashes.

Returning it
I already own a ideapad 3 and like the design with the plug-ins on the left side. I bought the new version b/c the laptop had 2 problems. 1) the power cord kept falling out of the power outlet. The repair person told me that the outlets can wear out inside and can't be fixed. 2) the keyboard keys seem to be uneven b/c the letters I type don't show the approriate spaces or spellings. Well, it appears that I am going to have the same problems with the new laptop , ideapad 1, so I am returning it. I have only had it for a few days. I am going to try another brand.

Ship with a different company!
I liked that the inner box that had my Chromebook in it was VERY sturdy. I like the changes & upgrades Google has made to the Chromebook! It is one AWESOME computer! It was very easy to set up & link with my phone.I DID NOT LIKE...that the box my computer was delivered in was smashed on one side & ripped open. Thank goodness the inside box for the actual product was very sturdy & nothing was wrong with the computer.So I recommend the seller ship with a different company with such expensive items. I've never had problems with a package shipped by Amazon.
