Not bad but I wish it were more powerful
This ultrasonic cleaner holds quite a bit in my opinion, I was able to clean several pieces of jewelry or several makeup brushes or a pair of glasses. You could also use it for electric razor heads. It’s simple to use with just two buttons: one to set the time and one to turn it on and off. I used it to clean my metal watch band which I’ve always had trouble getting clean between the links. It does a decent job if you run a long-enough cycle and use some dish soap. I was surprised that the vibrations of the machine do not cause the soap to foam up, but there were no suds. Perhaps the sound waves break the bubbles. You can choose different lengths of time for it to run, all the way from 90 seconds up to 480 seconds. Most things that truly need cleaning are going to require the longest cycle plus some soap. I was happy with results on my glasses and watch band, but the makeup brushes still needed a good soak in hot soapy water after running through this cleaner, because there was a lot of makeup residue still in them. You do need to allow the machine to rest a few minutes between long cycles because otherwise it can overheat. This is mentioned in the instructions, and I confirmed it because the water in the basket got warm after running a long cycle.

Should come in handy
I've always wanted a sonic cleaner and when I saw this one available as a free promotional I ordered it. I couldn't figure out what to test it on but then I remembered I had a bunch of pennies I had picked up all over the house and yard at my rental. Newer pennies get yucky and corroded and they also needed to be washed so I can throw them in my penny jar. I put them in the tub and put in the divider so i could also put in some buttons I had picked up. I put in a small dollop of Dawn soap and water to the max fill line and turned it on. I had to run it through a few cycles and swish them around to get them clean. I probably should have done them in batches so they have more exposed surfaces. You can see in the photo the water was filthy. I changed the water a couple times and ran it through several cycles on the longest time setting. I also pulled out the ones that looked cleaner to give the dirtier ones more room. My mistake was before I went to bed I poured in a small amount of vinegar. Yes vinegar can remove tarnish but apparently if you soak them in it, they turned black. Stupid. I cleaned out the cleaner and dried it. Then I put the rest of the pennies in a bowl and hit them with a bit of brillo pad. I can see this coming handy for many applications like my jewelry, especially my silver. I'm going to see if it will help with tarnish. Great product

works, but not very strong and kind of small
This cleaner works ok, though it's not quite as strong as I expected. With a bit of soap, it was still able to nicely clean most items I've tried on it within a cycle or two. It claims to have various modes, but this really boils down to the built-in timing options and I ended up just always throwing anything in for the full 180 seconds that it has max. Even then, as I said, I sometimes needed to do a second 180 second cycle. Another small negative is that it is pretty small--just barely large enough to fit a pair of glasses inside its basket.Overall, it works well enough, though for its price it could probably be a bit bigger and/or stronger.

Seems to be effective, compact design
This cleaner either doesnt work well, or the stuff we put in it just wasn't that dirty. It did shake some hidden dust/dirt/lint loose, so maybe we just keep our items pretty clean and don't need something like this.It was easy to set up and use, and wasn't as loud as I expected it to be. I just used it with straight water, not with any kind of additive, because I wanted to see what it could do on its own. It's large enough to hold several small items, or one larger piece if necessary, but isn't super-bulky and taking up space. I might try cleaning a few other non-jewelry items and see how it does with those, then update this review.

Works Like Magic—Sparkling Clean Every Time!
I am so impressed with the Magnasonic Ultrasonic Cleaner! I’ve used it to clean everything from rings and earrings to eyeglasses, retainers, and even small tools, and it works like a charm every time. The 20oz tank is a great size—it fits multiple items without being bulky. I love the digital timer and the option to choose from 5 cleaning modes, depending on how delicate or dirty the item is. It’s incredibly easy to use—just fill with water (a little dish soap for extra sparkle), set the time, and let it do the work.I was shocked at how much grime came off my jewelry and how crystal-clear my glasses looked afterward. It’s also super quiet and compact enough to store in a bathroom cabinet. If you wear glasses, retainers, or jewelry daily, this machine is absolutely worth it. It saves time, effort, and gives professional-level results at home. Highly recommend!

Amazing! Disgusting, but amazing!
I wasn't sure if a small unit like this would actually be powerful enough to clean anything. It is powerful enough. The first thing I tried was my glasses. OH MY GOD! So much grossness came out in the water as this thing did its job. I started cleaning other small items that would fit in here. HOLY HELL! I don't know if I am particularly dirty or we all are, but this cleaner removed so much nastiness from everything I tried.Get one of these. Do it now!
