Asthetically it is not pleasing to look at, and it takes up an entire 2 plug outlet because of the length, but it does the job. It immediately solved the problem of not having internet throughout the entire home. It improved the signal strength immediately and the speed of the internet is still just as fast once it picked up the extender. I thought it was a good price compared to otheres, and hope it lasts a long time.

I kept getting "incorrect password" error message. It says that the password will be the same as the router's by default but this is not correct on my system...it did not recognize my password. I did factory reset 3 times...same result each time. Nowhere online to go for help. Setup is easy, but if it does not work then what use is it?Also, the the Power LED was always blinking slowly. According to the instructions it should either be steady on or flashing quickly during factory reset. There is no mention of slow blinking in the instructions and no online help.One more suspicious thing. There are (supposedly) 8,548 reviews on Amazon. Amazingly, mine is the first one star review. There are also no 2 star reviews. This is statistically impossible. Approach this product with skepticism.

I need to get WiFi down to the bottom of my garden for work. The garden is 30+ metres away from the router.I've tried various products including plugs with ethernet cables and various other bits and bobs with little success. Constant dropping of signal and very very slow.I plug this into the electric socket near the house in the garden and instant high speed access beamed to my shed. And if it rains, I can plug it into a socket in my bedroom upstairs and it still beams down to me somehow!Very happy with this product. Used to increase WiFi coverage. Worked a treat, very happy!

This has made a big difference in our house. We live in an older brick home with lath and plaster walls. Our basement is where the family room is and our wifi signal was poor. By his is where we stream movies and tv shows and weren't getting a good signal. After adding this we have not had any issues with the movies freezing. This was also an easy install than goodness cause I hate dealing with things like this when it is not working right. Would recommend if you are having issues.

I am very surprised by the amplifier. I had hoped for a device that would make you despair about the manual, but with the latest settings. None of these have become a reality. Setting up can be completed in less than 5 minutes, and manual operation is simple and easy to understand. Giant! The Wi Fi signal in the entire household is perfect. I am truly 100% satisfied! Complete purchasing recommendations for this device. It's really great. I have to put in a lot of effort to find something to complain about But for my application field, this device is perfect and 100% completes its job!

I needed to boost WiFi signal to keep an outdoor security camera in a bad location connected. This little gadget does what it's supposed to. The initial setup was easy. When I had to change WiFi networks, I had problems because it would not let me set up the new extension network. I managed to resolve this by resetting the device, which took a couple of tries, but then was able to set up the new network. Once you get it set up, it's very easy to work with.

This is what our house needed. Are base is in the den and the whole house is 2800 Sq ft. We now have access thru the while house. We put it about 1/2 way up in the house and it works great. No more struggles with internet in the rest of the house..
