Good quality insole that provides support for the arch and gives some immediate relief for plantar inflammation. Having suffered from this previously, acquiring the correct support was critical to preventing a full relapse. I was able to get back out walking in a short period of time. I have a wide fitting but the fit was excellent. Would definitely recommend.

Firstly, these are super comfortable and have absolutely transformed my work boots in 2 ways, one of which you NEED to be aware of when choosing these substantial insoles.I bought some decent work boots but they were harsh under foot, and a bit too big (I normally wear a 13 but these felt HUGE).So these insoles made the shoes a million times more comfortable, and made the shoes fit a lot better. And there is the thing to note. These take up a bit of room in your boot/shoe as they are more substantial than the standard insole, so that makes sense. If you take out the original insole you get a bit of room back, but still I know if I were to put these in my dress shoes I’d never get them on my feet.So just be aware if your shoes are snug these might make them too tight, but if you have a bit of room and can take the insole out, happy days. If you have a lot of room you can throw it over the original insole and close up about half a size I’d say.Overall, as mentioned I’m ordering a second set for my walking boots as they really are comfortable!!

Very good insole for foot support they fit most trainers if the trainer is a little narrow they may make the trainer to tight as you can’t cut these but on the whole they give good support.

Has done the job can walk freely without pain

I have to wear orthotic insoles all the time. They were due to be refurbished and sent away for 10 days, I bought these for the interim period to wear in my trainers. They are well made and really comfortable, more so than the ones I paid £500 and made to measure! These are quite thick so dont fit in all my shoes but were perfect in my trainers, and I didn't get the usual aches and pains in my necks and legs when I dont were the "proper" orthotics. High recommend. Absolute game changer for me, will be buying a 2nd pair so I can leave in my trainers and not have the hassle of swapping them over all the time.

I felt a certain pain relief after a few days of use. A great arch support, it fits well in the shoes and it doesn't impair the walking. It looks of decent quality and seems durable so far. I didn't need to cut it.

Bought another pair for my husband as they have made such a difference!
