Terrible pool cleaner. Had it in the pool for 40 mins before deciding to return. Not able to climb incline between deep end and low end(rectangular pool/vinyl liner), not able to climb walls, completely lost suction in 20 mins, kept doing the same areas of the pool over and over on “smart” mode, would occasionally do wheelies in the pool spreading all the dirt around, turns randomly seemingly trying to avoid dirt, and the hook broke after the first time taking it out of the pool. Had such high expectations based on all the positive advertising/reviews. Still perplexed by all the positive reviews on here, because I can’t say one positive thing about this product. Would give zero if I could. Beware does not work as advertised!

Not happy with this device. I previously had a corded dolphin DX3 and thought this cordless might be better/easier to use, but it does a poor job of cleaning our L shaped pool. Does not reach all corners/seams. Gets stuck on the floor drain. Very heavy and difficult to pull out from pool. Does not park on the wall (unless you pay an additional $300 for a separate device). I contacted seller and they told me to update and change a setting- I did this and changed settings, but that did not solve the problems.
