No one tells you that when you hit your 40's, and definitely in your 50's, that major changes start taking place affecting your skin, hair, nails, etc. My hair has become dull and brittle and I don't color it or use heat devices or other hair products on it. My nails have changed and are much more easily broken and my skin has become dry and flaky. This is a vitamin and supplement is a powerhouse in a capsule. I've been taking it for a few weeks now. The only things I've really noticed so far is that I have a tiny bit more "plumpness" in my face under my eyes and above cheeks. I've lost a bit of weight so those areas were becoming a bit saggy and made the skin appear very thin after the weight loss so it is nice to have any amount of plumpness back. I have also noticed a little more shine to my hair. It definitely isn't as shiny as it was in years past but any shine is great at this point.I think that bigger improvements won't come until it's taken over a few months which is exactly what I intend to do.

Since hitting 40, I have been looking for an all-in-one vitamin with ingredients specifically for skin health (overall glow and elasticity), thinning hair, and nail strength. I have several vitamins that have maybe one or two ingredients for that, but that means I have 5-6 vitamin bottles taking up room on my shelf. When I saw this, it looked to solve that issue! The BEST thing about these vitamins - NO smell, and NO aftertaste! The serving size is 3, but I started with 2 because my stomach can be kind of sensitive to vitamins. So far, I have not had that issue. They are easy to swallow as well - I love that they are in a gel cap! No chalky, gritty pill texture! It's too soon to see results, but I will be sure to update once I do.

So like many, I really like that it has so much to offer on an ingredient list so I can reduce the amount of supplements I take in my monring or evening stacks. The collagen is the biggest ingredient posted so obviously that's why most will pick this up. But the other supporting ingredients I find to be really good for appetite and metabolism control. Grape seed extract tends to smell.... later if you catch my drift. But other than that, I like this. The one thing I have to pick on is the value. They give you 90 capsules but the dosage is 3. So to me, for the asking amount, this is on the steep side. They know we are consumers of these types of supplements and we can't afford to buy everything on the market on a monthly basis. I'd like to see the price come down, increase concentration or numerical increase in capsusle for the better value.

The Cosmic Glow Blend Collagen Peptides arrived in a reasonable amount of time and in good shape. The was a safety deal in place under the lid. The capsules are medium size and easy to take. The supplement is made in the USA in an FDA facility which I appreciate but would like to see third party testing and I can't find that with this company. The ingredient list is impressive with Collagen Types I, II, III, V & X, along with Biotin, Keratin, Hyaluronic Acid, as well as a combination of 14 high-performance ingredients. I don't really see any difference since I started taking it but it is been only a short time.
