I have no bad complaints at all! The quality and the embroidery is amazing!! I wasn’t able to use them as I purchased a different car. However, this will be a nice late birthday gift for my sister. I would definitely recommend using this company and their products for your car needs.

I ordered 2 sets of these. One as a gift for my boyfriend and after seeing the quality, decided to order a set for my car. They are beautifully made, however mine had a slight defect.I contacted the seller, received immediate excellent customer service and I am very pleased!!!

I purchased these floor mats after seeing the display video, but what I received was nothing like what was shown. The mats were way too wide, and they didn’t fit properly in my car at all. When I reached out to the seller, I even sent pictures showing how poorly they fit, hoping for a resolution. The seller's response was to “tuck the excess under the seat,” but the width of the mat is so large that this solution was not even possible.When I tried to lift my seats to tuck the mat underneath, it became way too bulky and actually blocked the latch to recline my seats. I contacted the seller again, explaining this issue, and they told me there was nothing they could do. They even claimed that the display video was "cut short" and didn’t show the part where the mats were tucked under the seat—but if you watch the video, the back seat mats clearly lay down perfectly without needing to be tucked!I spent a lot of money expecting a quality product, and what I got was a total disappointment. This was a waste of money, and I do not recommend buying from this seller. It’s frustrating and dishonest. Avoid at all costs!

Side walls don't lay flush against floorboard carpet, & doesn't have pouches on center side of mats for holding phone, wallet etc (if the edges/borders had thin material to "tuck" under vehicle trim to hold sides against carpet that would improve appearance and keep anything from getting in-between mats and floorboard)

This is the best floor mats I have bought so far, they fit perfectly and look very rich. Highly recommend..shipping was fast..
