No, this is the rinse out conditioner. There is a leave in conditioner for this line, and it’s amazing.

Q: Is it supposed to come with the dispenser pump and spring separated?

Definitely not! Pump should be assembled and in the bottle

Q: Is it good for greasy oil? I have oily sclap and dry end.

I probably wouldn’t use this on oily hair.
