The media could not be loaded. Update: 8/14/22. These cook really well. I was a little skeptical of the complaints about food sticking. Don’t believe them. It is all about technique and the user’s knowledge about cooking with stainless. The quality of the cookware is also important. The video shows that stainless is nonstick cookware.Just unpacked the cookware. I had an older set of Cuisinart cookware for many years that were not induction compatible but were excellent and performed well for many years. They would not work with our new cooktop. This set is far above my old set in quality, weight and I have no doubt performance. They are extremely well built, beautiful in their appearance and quality. I am looking forward to the first use after our new cooktop is installed and will follow up with a review.For all the negative reviews about food sticking. I have never had that problem with quality stainless steel cookware. That said, you need to know how to cook with stainless steel. Do a search for “how to cook with stainless steel.” Once you know how to control the heat and cooking process you will love cooking with stainless - they are the original non-stick cookware and will never wear out. I sold my old non-induction stainless set in a few hours for a good price. People who know the difference love quality stainless steel.

Our range needed to be replaced and we decided to go with a induction range. This meant we needed pots and pans for an induction range and I needed them quickly. I researched what Amazon had to offer and read reviews. I decided on this Cuisinart set. I am very, very happy with them. I have had them almost a month and have used each piece multiple times. The set came very well packaged. They are quite sturdy and do have some weight to them. I like the long handles, which do not get hot on my induction cooktop. I followed other reviewer's suggestion to let the pan heat before adding oil or butter and have found whatever I am cooking, cooks well. I hand wash my pots and pans and have not had difficulty cleaning them. I cook a lot and don't expect them to continue to look brand new. I love to cook and will be getting a lot of use from this set.

I have used stainless steel before, they are over 40 years old but they do wear out and I only had one left so when we needed to replace the whole set I bought this set of stainless steel. I thought perfect, they'll be great. They have been great so far. I have not used all the pans yet but so far great. I do not buy a pan if I can't put it in the dishwasher and these say they are good in the dishwasher and so far so good. I made sure I didn't use any lemon dishwasher soap so I believe that helps. Why buy pans if you can't use the dishwasher, I hate washing dishes. They cook evenly, we have burned eggs in them but that was an accident. Cleaned up perfect tho. I've fried meat, vegetables and made all our dinners in them and so far still looking great and work great. Excellent buy.

Heat distribution is good and even... but cleaning is a bit tuff... need to concentrate more on maintenance because of its beautiful look... they are my 1st cookware set in triply ss... happy to cook with it... just start using the fry pans by heating in medium flame for a couple of mins... no more seasoning required except make sure the oil sticks all over the pan before adding ingredients... yes they are designed for drip free... no discoloration yet... it's quite a heavy set... special thing is the saucepans are marked with quantity... if you love cooking just go for it... very neat and sturdy set...

I purchased this ten piece set of stainless steel pots and pans for my husband, a retired classically trained chef, to have in our smaller second home. This set comes with glass lids which allows you to see what is cooking without lifting the lid. The pots have measurements inside with cups and liters. The pots and pans are not lightweight, have a good medium weight feel to them. We used the sauté pan to make a rack of lamb and the larger pot to make rice yesterday for Christmas dinner and they performed as expected. This makes a good starter set for a couple for a wedding gift. I vacillated between the 10 and 17 piece set but decided that the we really did not have room for the additional pieces so I went with the 10 piece. I will be adding the 12 inch skillet to the set because the skillets are a little small for bigger dinners. At this price point this is a real bargain compared to the similar All Clad, which runs for north of 1k in a price point. Overall a solid set for the money! Note - even though I am a Vine Voice, this set was a purchase and not part of that program.

I absolutely love this set. Yes, you do have to treat it differently than nonstick as other reviews have mentioned: turn pan on med-high, wait a few minutes and drop a little water in it. If it beads immediately it’s ready to cook. Add oil or butter and then what you’re cooking. Follow that and it’s pretty much non stick! Sometimes I can use just hot water to wash these pans if I make sure to use them when ready, and yes even with eggs.Also, The taste difference between this and any other pan (cast iron, aluminum and non stick) is remarkable. I didn’t even notice I was tasting my other pans until I used these and realized I was now just tasting food! It’s much cleaner. I do need a larger 12” skillet and a griddle, wish there was a set with those 2 items added. Otherwise, I am happy.

These are very nice and have held up over the last few years. I highly recommend!

This is my first time using Cuisinart pots and pans. The handles stay cool when cooking and they are sturdy and beautiful.I love them. At first I was not going to order them because of reviews on food sticking to pans. I sprayed nonstick spray on them and lower the heat when cooking eggs and have not had a problem. After using them over a week they have not let me down I will be ordering more.
