Quiet and effective
We bought two of these and we love them. The light is bright, the fan is quiet, and the bathroom doesn't steam up while the shower is running. Well worth the premium price.

Almost Perfect
This thing really can pull up some steam from the shower compared to cheap ventilation fans. There is a palpable difference between this model and cheap models regarding the suction/ventilation power of the fan.Another amazing feature of this is the night light. The night light is a perfect dim brightness that we can leave on during the night when we need to use the bathroom without blinding ourselves.My only issue with this is that the vent and bright light are on a single switch. It would be nice if the vent was separated from the light so that I could shower without a bright light on top of me.

absolutely silent!!!!
My contractor was sure to demonstrate for me because he was sure I'd think it was not working because it was so quiet! After I had the new one installed in my master bath, I quickly purchased another for the first floor. Nice looking, excellent light, and totally silent!!!

Unless I received a faulty unit this thing is DISAPPOINTING!*******UPDATED
I figured moving to this unit form a standard 70 cfm unit, I would notice a difference. I installed it in a bathroom renovation I am doing and clicked it over to 150cfm. The unit is ducted with a 25' 6" duct and wired/installed correctly. Call me crazy but this PO$ doesn't seem to move alot of air. I have not used it while showering, which is why I installed it in the small bathroom but I am sure I will be more mad once I see it fall flat on its face.I am not sure the price reflects the performance.*****UPDATED****** I saw the fan in action with steam (extreme steam that NOONE would bathe in) and it was keeping up with the removal well. I then cooled the water to a moderate temp that I would shower in and the minimal steam/condensation was removed well. Don't let the super quiet fan fool you, it works well for its intended use.

Does the job
Definitely keeps the mold and mildew down which is the sole reason we purchased. It’s very quiet. Install was not easy but probably on our end bc the previous fan was smaller and we had to cut the hole bigger and also better reinforce. We heard a lot of cussing from my husband that day.
