Easy to use, clear and not hard to understand instructions. No smell and didn’t leave any residue. Ice was not affected after cleaned and I let an extra two cycles I think it’s best for safety

Cleaned my icemaker very well and all traces of the cleaner remove well after cleaning. The ice tasted so much better than it ever had before.

These are so easy to deploy! Just grab one packet, open it and pop it into the ice machine, following the cleaning directions. No mess, no fuss, no weird smells.I do wish they had provided a storage caddy, bag or container that held the bags better. This flat box, which has to be flipped open, can only store nicely if it's kept flat on a shelf, and you have to get the whole lid up to grab a tablet packet from inside the box... So it can't be stacked among other cleaning supplies unless you plan to take the whole box out each time. A canister or dispenser would be easier to store, and let you grab out one tablet at a time when needed without having to restack your cleaning supplies to do it.

Love this machine, has two different size cubes which is perfect for.

Used this once and it really got the dirt out of the back of my ice maker where i couldn’t get to.
