I'm actually on my second bottle right now, so have been on it for 2 months. I have lost 25lbs so far.I also exercised a lot and cut out most sugars and carbs from my diet, which of course greatly contributed to the weight loss, but PGX daily makes it effortless to stay away from foods you shouldn't be eating. It's appetite suppressant properties are second to none. Only stimulants come close, but they tend to leave you with a nasty jittery feeling.I can't imagine that I will stop ordering these any time soon.PS: I find taking 3 capsules twice daily works just great for me but you can go up to 3 tablets three times daily if you like. You will just go through the bottle much faster and this stuff ain't cheap!

Makes me bloat. I should have purchased a smaller cap count size than the 240 count size, because I could not even handle one a day. By the fourth day, I had to just stop. Not pain or cramping. Just bloat. I looked better because the water retention helped to fill out my skin. I will grant them that. And I did not feel hungry. I wonder if there is a "light" dose per capsule. It is a gel cap, so there is not a way to only take half of the capsule instead of a full capsule. I could have tried to stick it out for a few weeks, but I decided to give it a wait and see how long it takes to return back to normal. I does decrease one's hunger. It is just "too strong" a dose for me, even at one cap a day. I may try one capsule every other day and see if that can't give me the best of both worlds, because I did look "healthier" with it to me since at age 57, our skin is dry and we loose that youthful "fullness" from the underlying brown fat of youth. Over 50, that brown fat disappears, leaving us looking older, our skin less elastic. I will have to give it some thought. If I do, I will repost. So, I recommend you just get the smallest total capsule count you can to test try it for yourself. Like I said, there was no cramping for me. Just water bloat, but maybe that would have evened out after a few weeks. I did not want to wait it out. Maybe I will try it every other day. Just need to think on it.

Been purchasing this product for a few years I believe it works. But alas, always one or more of the capsules break prior to opening, and they cover the remaining capsules with their slimey product. Can’t ever handle the pills without having to wash my hands afterwards.

I LOVE food have a HUGE appetite, and stimulant appetite suppressors make me feel way to anxious and jittery.I don't even drink coffee. That is why I tried this, and it works better than the stimulant suppressors I've taken. And I have tried a lot. Just make sure to drink at least a glass of water when you take them.If I take them when I'm STARVING, and wait about 15-20 minutes, I still need to eat, but it takes me out of ravenous mode, so I skip the fast food and eat more sensibly. Lost about 20lbs in a 5 weeks.

This stuff seems to do what I wanted. I use this to supplement my low-carb diet. This product was strongly recommended by Mark Hyman in his book, "Eat Fat, Get Thin."HOWEVER ...- It is really, REALLY expensive, at least compared to powdered Psyllium products- Apparently, in order for it to work optimally, you need to take it about 60 min prior to eating -- an inconvenienceAll-in-all, considering the price and the inconvenience, I'm happier using the various generic sugar-free Metamucil-like powdered Psyllium products, which I've found at Meier, Walmart, Costco, and here at Amazon.Summary -- I won't be buying any more of this -- too inconvenient and too expensive, compared to the alternative.

Please understand that this will not ‘’change your life’’ like many claim. It’s preposterous to think that just because you took a tiny pill it’s going to change your entire health. I have taken the recommended dosage religiously every day for 12 months and can tell you that I have not seen or felt any improves. +++ Please note if you are using this for Male Fertility, it does NOT work. I have tried it for 12 months and have done many lab tests with my doctor and there were absolutely no improvement in my sperm count or motility, zero. Spare yourself and seek professional help AKA Fertility Clinic, don’t waste your time with taking different pills or vitamins. There is no magical cure. I have spent thousands of dollars in supplements and have come to the conclusion that it’s a huge business based on made up claims without any clinical proof. Want to improve your health stop wasting your money on supplements, start eating healthy and exercise-this is the only area where I have seen real life true positive results not what someone else told me or thinks- If you are body building these pills will not help you, I have found that just drinking my whey isolate poteen shake works very well and worked fine for my body.
