Have used for a long time. I only take 1 not the recommended 3. Still get more than the daily recommendation. My nails grow faster and harder. My acid reflux only an issue when I skip these for a couple weeks. That disappears in a couple days, when I get back on my routine.

My Doctor told me to take a B Vit's. This is the best I have found. We stop making B after a certain age and need it. I like that this has turmeric in it too. I always take it in the morning- NOT at night.

Great product for the price. I spread my 3 daily capsules throughout the day morning, noon and late afternoon, because sometimes too many at once makes me feel a little anxiety. When I spread them out I feel good, relaxed and it really helps during high periods of stress. I am definitely ordering more.
