Quality:I can tell this is a good brand because my homemade pancakes rise perfectly. I appreciate the lack of aluminum, since that is an ingredient that can be potentially harmful to our bodies.

I needed more baking powder, and when i went to our local grocery store, all i saw on the shelf was that each product contained Aluminum- very bad for us all !! So, of course, i looked on Amazon, and guess what, they’ve got it - from Whole Foods no less, and it was very reasonably priced ! When using it, the powder is fluffy , not caked up - it works well in the muffins i bake- great ! I’m glad i got it !Cheers to you bakers out there, as well as brave souls who make your own pancakes, etc- GOOD for you !! Cheers !

This is the best buy for non-aluminum baking powder! Works great and I feel safe eating it!

This baking powder works exactly as expected, providing great rise and texture to my cakes, muffins, and pancakes. It’s aluminum-free, which is a big plus for me since it doesn’t leave a metallic aftertaste. The packaging seals well, keeping it fresh for multiple uses. However, I wish it came in a resealable bag instead of a can, as it can be a bit messy to scoop out. Despite that, it’s a great quality product at a fair price. If you love baking, this is a must-have in your pantry. I’d definitely buy it again.
