Look no further for a quality gluten free pasta! It's pricey, but it's worth every penny. My biggest complaints about gluten free pasta is the texture and the lack of "bite" you get in a good al dente semolina pasta - but this product has a traditional texture and all the bite you could ask for. The first recipe that I made with required tossing with a heavy blistered tomato, sweet pepper "sauce" and there was no breakage. The only test left will be if it holds up on reheating, but even if it doesn't it was absolutely worth it and is heads above any dried, boxed gluten free pasta I've tried.

I require gluten free food. We've tried other gluten free pasta (Jovial, in particular). It's good, but not leftover. Giada's pasta tastes better AND is great as a leftover the next day. Kinda pricey, but very good.

This pasta tastes great. It's light but versatile for all tastes from soft to andante. good quality pasta but WAY TOO EXPENSIVE.

Searching for a good gluten free pasta, I have tried many shapes and brands until I found this. It has the mouth feel of regular pasta and the taste is amazing. It costs more than others but is so worth it.If you cannot have gluten and you are missing your pasta fix buy this now.

Honestly, some of the best gf pasta I’ve had. Made me actually want to eat pasta again instead of the usual doughy mess that is most gf pasta. Really nice!
