Id say it helps, but doesnt suffice for the crave. My thing of vape issues are the fidgeting, so figuring id give this a shot, it helps, but it doesnt suffice well. I still get the fidget, and the white noise, but sadly i still enjoy the flavor of a regular vape which this lacks. I kinda faded off fast due to this (I should clarify, i have fidget eating issues, which was part of why i tried vaping, which helped me reduce eating as much.. i regret it). Debating to see if putting some thicker fruit juice/jelly of some sort on the tip might help to compensate.

It's a good option for what to do with your hands while you're trying to quit.

This will not help you get over smoking or vaping on its own.It is basically a metal straw on a string. It is all mental. I slowly breathe through this and tell myself i do not need to hit my vape and part of my craving goes away. Totally helps with the hand to mouth habit from vaping.

I cannot wear a chain due to allergy, and it broke my neck out into really bad hives.
