I purchased this item because I needed a few trays so that I could freeze bacon strips... when I buy a package of bacon from the store, I separate all of the bacon and put it on the racks, then put them in the freezer. In a few hours, they are frozen solid, and I put them in a baggy and place them back in the freezer. Whenever I want some back, I just take them out of the bag and pop them in the microwave for about 4 minutes, and they cook very well.These racks are strong and large, they work perfectly. When I am done with them, I simply put them in the dishwasher and they are clean when they come out. They were also cheaper then what I could get at the big store down the street!Highly recommend!

I am so happy that I stumbled across these racks. They are great quality for such a great price! I love that they are easy to clean and very sturdy. Each cooling rack arrived individually packaged in bubble wrap, packed together tightly in plastic, in a box with air pillows. This prevented any scratching or warping that could have happened during shipping. I loved my first set so much that I ordered a second set. The only possible downside that I have to note to buyers is the dimensions. If you are looking for cooling racks that are exactly 16" x 10", you may want to consider buying another product because all the racks I received were actually 15.75" x 10". This actually ended up working in my favor for what I was using them for, but it may have been a problem if I needed them to be exact.

I used them so far for bread, cookies and fried tofu and they held up just fine. I wouldn't put anything heavy on them but they work just fine as a cooling rack for a good price. Be careful when cleaning because even a little force is enough to bend or break connections.

We recently put up a chicken coop that has two small windows, but the flimsy screens were too light weight to keep preditors out, so I used screws and placed these heavy racks over the window for security. They worked great and looked good too.To attach the racks to the coop I recommend -- Stanz (TM) Flex Single Coaxial Cable Clips, Cat6, Electrical Wire Cable Clip, 1/4 in (6 mm) Screw Clip and Fastener, Black -- or equal. Hope this helps.

Nice quality racks. Lightweights and fit perfectly on counter etc. easy to clean hopefully they will hold up over time.
