Single pill that is easy to swallow. I take it with a few vitamins in the morning and I stay focused all day. Great product so far with no negative effects for me!

I've tried several different natural supplements for improved cognitive function and this by far the best I have found so far. With most other supplements you can barely notice a difference, but with this bacopa there is no question of whether it is working. I use for improved focus and cognition at work and while playing sports. I've tried some other cheaper brands and haven't noticed as much of benefit.

I initially purchased this for my 81yo father who has been having memory issues. Some days he couldn't even remember the address. I was worried he may have onset of Alzheimer's so when I looked at the website and they were recommending Bacopa Monnieri, I purchased this after his doctor said it would be safe to try. I'm extremely pleased with the Bacopa Monnieri. My dad has been night and day with the memory while on this product. His memory problems seem to be cleared up and he said he feels rejuvenated.I tried it myself and it gives me a lift during the day without having to consume energy drinks that tend to make me jittery and lead to weight gain. I definintely feel clearer and have a boost of energy from this product.

My husband is taking 1 caspsule a day ,he and I observe a big difference in his memory . I'm order it again and again.

Its subtle at first, the supplement has to have time to build up in your system. There was a noticeable improvement for myself quickly(within a few days). Over the course of a month, I thought I wasn't gaining anymore positive effects......until I stopped taking supplement(bottle was empty).Memory recall was easier and I felt calmer as I would recall information. It felt easier to convey ideas and processes to others.Again, I noticed the difference when I ran out of the product- that's when I realized the effect it had and how it had been helping.

These capsules are supposed to contain 750mg bacopa extract and 5mg pepper extract. However, the first capsule I opened contained a total of 537mg of material. Jury is still out on efficacy; but the deceptive labeling is a red flag.

To be honest, I don't think there is anything that I dislike with this product. It is potent and seems to really help after a week. I have no complaints and have enjoyed this product.

So I've been taking this product for 4 days now. 2 pills a day. One in the morning and one in the afternoon with a meal. I've noticed, about an hour or two later, I get a scratchy throat and my tongue feels like sand paper. I stay hydrated while taking this. I've also incorporated 200mg of B-12. I'm going to only take one today to see if the Side Effect reduces.Regarding my alertness - I'm not sure I feel a huge increase but it could also be the workload I am currently handing this week. I will update this post. Giving 3 stars just due to the possible side effects and my overall feelings right now.
