I’m excited to share my review because I always read reviews when I shop and only buy items based on reviews.Overall this product is outstanding!!!The design is user friendly, and its performance and functionality has left a good impression on me.It has a very sturdy feel to it and not plastic.One point to keep in mind is that it does not come with a memory card…but those are not expensive and I like 128 or 256 GB so I have plenty of space.But keep in mind it needs to be formatted into FAT32 format using computer software. Otherwise,the recorded videos won’t play…Sam at customer service made this so easy and was more than happy to help.Fortunately the sales rep was outstanding and went above and beyond to assist me.I reached out to customer service as recommended but was not expecting to get good service but Sam, from their after sales team, was so eager and patient and helped to walk me through the steps.I have to say this seller is one of the most professional sellers I have bought from and that is important because sometimes instructions can be confusing.I’m a power shopper and will definitely buy from this store again!!!

Really easy to install and I like that it has a few accessories for attaching it wherever you need. The video quality is pretty good. I will get a separate memory card to save my videos. So far, great value for the price.

Acceptable for the price. Be advised, I could not get it to work with a brand new 256gb Sandisk microSD. It will work with a 128gb. Also, the app isn't garbage, but it's close. It would do the job if I got in an accident and had to show law enforcement evidence of what happened at the scene, but otherwise I'd just connect directly to my computer for footage access. Additionally mounting hardware provided feels cheap/flimsy. Even though I'm using it to mount the camera to my helmet, I will be making something to replace it for better piece of mind

The camera is actually not bad. It definitely will do the job. However, the customer service is even better. I had an issue getting connectivity from my camera to the app and customer service helped me in one minute and solved all the problems so if you are having any type of issue, hit up customer service first They should be able to help.

I'm finally writing this review . I bought this camera since I ride my bike on the weekend and wanted to give myself a sence of security. Because I feel that when motorist sees the camera they are a bit more careful around you.Well I had a bit of issues ,and I saw in the instructions it gives an email to contact them. So I did. Boy am i happy I did, Sam i think the person was email me back assuring me that he will help me to fix my problem. First he sent me a new camera.Then I had also bought a new SD card Not from them but the one I had seem to have been defecteds,then he sent me a new card at no cost to me. Finally I had everything work but my video was not playing on my computer . I email Sam and he guided me and everything worked out perfectly.For the price I paid for this camera, customer service and the quality of the video anyone who buys this camera is getting a good deal .

Takes food video, audio gets a lot of wind noise. Easy to connect and setup. I only used it once and it seems quite good overall. Would buy again, just hope I don't have to.
