Xbox360 203W power supply
The unit is well built and is a bit of mix between the original 203W and the 175W PSU unit. Like the original 203W this unit is 3 pronged so the PSU is grounded and has a bit thicker cabling than compared to the 175W unit. But unlike the original 203W PSU this unit has a fan to make sure it doesn't overheat - this however means that it does make a bit of noise. While the fan on it is not particulary bad, it together with a slight elecronic buzz does make it quite audible in most occasions and doesn't even come close to the lack of noise on the Xbox360 Slim 135W PSU. I personally use it to power an AMD APU system, so every watt count's and overall it is a good unit.

get proper power supply
This particular brick requires a 3 pin power cable (not included). My old brick takes a 2 pin cable, so if you don't have a 3 pin cable and plan to buy this item, order a new cable too. Also, be sure to check that this brick is compatible with your Xbox first. For example, a 175w brick will not plug into all consoles. The end piece that plugs into the xbox will not fit into the 203w xbox. The different versions look slightly different on the end piece, so if you have your original brick compare what you are buying to what you have.Edit: I ordered a standard 3-pin power lead. This power brick won't accept that either. There is a small plastic piece in the top-middle of the insert, preventing a standard plug from fitting and only allows a specific power cable to plug into it. Not sure where to get the proper cable.......

Does the job.
I'm using this as a replacement for our US 360 "Elite" which didn't have a universal PSU. It's strangely heavier than the US equivalent.IMPORTANT NOTE: This particular product doesn't come with a power lead, you'll need to source your own. This PSU requires the "hot" C15, not the usual monitor type. The hot cable has a notch taken out of the plug to prevent insertion into the wrong socket, this PSU has that notch addition preventing usage of a regular lead.

As others have said,
As others have said, doesn't come with a lead (Which annoyingly is a special type with a little dimple) so make sure to buy one with it (Unless you have one from your old 203w power supply)

Worked
Please be aware that not just any "kettle" plug will fit this and at around £8 for the proper plug buying a unit complete with plug might be a better bet, unless you already have the Microsoft one from your old unit.

Power up
Well built transformer but does not come with a power lead - no problem I thought I have lots left from old computers... The transformer has a tab that stops you using them - but a chisel sorted that!! It now works well.
