Love this luggage!!!
The media could not be loaded. As a frequent traveler who travels more than ten times a year, my core demands for luggage are very clear: sturdy and durable, convenient and practical in design. The Luggex luggage I recently experienced left a deep impression on me in these aspects, making it a reliable companion for frequent travelers.1. Safe and convenient lock design:Luggex's zipperless lock design has indeed brought a difference. It is more convenient than traditional zipper boxes and more advanced than the locks of old-fashioned aluminum frame boxes. Its dual button unlocking mechanism effectively avoids the risk of one side button lock being easily opened by accidental impact. What satisfies me even more is its opening and closing experience: unlike some old-fashioned locks that require "groping" the position after pressing, Luggex's lock is truly easy to open with just one press, smooth and worry free.2. Smooth and smooth implementation experience:The wheels of the suitcase are too crucial. The spring wheel system equipped on Luggex is a highlight that has never been seen before. Whether on the bumpy cobblestone roads of ancient Italian cities or on the smooth tiled floors of Dubai airport, this set of wheels performs very steadily. It can absorb vibrations well, making it much easier to drag the box on various roads.3. Balance between lightweight and sturdy:The combination of PC shell and aluminum frame makes it much lighter than an all aluminum box when lifted, and the overall structure feels more solid and impact resistant than common PC+ABS material boxes.4. Capacity and internal space:With a capacity of 36L, this product can store clothes for 3-5 days without any problem. Even after being filled, the box can still remain flat without any swelling sensation. The internal space design is reasonable. If one or two Velcro storage bags can be added inside to organize miscellaneous items such as charging cables and small items, or if both sides are closed, the practicality and storage efficiency will be further improved. Additionally, it would be even better if the material could be upgraded.5. The after sales guarantee makes people feel at ease:In addition, when I contacted them to register for warranty, they told me that this luggage has a 3-year warranty period, and if there are any product quality issues such as damaged shell or broken handle, they will provide free replacement. If the wheel or password lock is damaged, they will also provide free replacement parts. This comprehensive after-sales policy has indeed given me a sense of security when purchasing and using.Summary of Experience:Overall, Luggex luggage has done an excellent job in safety locks, smooth implementation, and lightweight design, which are the most concerning aspects for travelers. It provides a cost-effective option. Although there may be some usage marks on the surface of the box under high-intensity use, its excellent overall performance, user-friendly details, and reliable after-sales support make me feel that these subtle compromises are worth it. For friends who frequently travel and value safety, convenience, and practicality, this suitcase is worth putting on your list of considerations.

Light weight & good looking bag!
I just received this & it is as advertised...light weight, roomy, locking latches with combination, & seems easy to pack. I haven't used it yet so I'm not sure how it will hold up to international travel yet. I am looking forward to using it since I have had so many bags where the zippers haven't held up & wheels getting broken on flights or dents in the case causing cracks. It appears that the case is of good quality & value for the medium price bag. It does roll easily over carpet & flooring (my 3 year old grandson wheeled it around the house over different pile carpeting & porcelain floors)

Cracked on first trip- IMMEDIATELY replaced by seller
I was so excited about this luggage. I took the check-in piece on ONE trip and it cracked and is no longer waterproof and I’m certain this crack is going to grow considerably. It’s not usable any longer. What a disappointment. The luggage was attractive but it couldn’t even handle one trip. There are other small scratches which I’m fine with. It’s the full thickness crack that’s not ok.** UPDATE** The company reached out and said they would replace my luggage. They said that I have a worry free guarantee for 3 years and that they stand by their product. They were very kind, excellent service, and got a replacement luggage out into the mail to me immediately. I couldn't be happier. Man, does it look sharp. Also, since the last review I was able to use the carry on luggage. It's PERFECT in every way. The size is amazing, the buckle/snaps work perfectly, the zipper, compartments, everything is beautifully made. It rolls like a freaking dream. They both do, by far the best rolling luggage I've ever had and I've had A LOT. I've traveled to 47 countries and lived in 8.Thank you LUGGEX for your great service, for backing your product, and for taking care of your customers

It was awesome until it wasn't. Don't lock it unless you have to!
I loved it until I couldn't get it open! I used this case for a few trips and loved it, then took it on a longer trip to Italy where we walked a couple of miles over sidewalks with broken places, on and off curbs, over cobbled streets and the wheels rolled easily and were durable. I loved the latches/no zippers. It was pretty (I had the blue one)! The handle was also durable, my (fairly heavy) backpack had a strap to connect it over the handle and it didn't cause a problem. It fit easily in the overhead of the plane. The one problem was the locks/latches, I set the locks and locked them before the flight home from Italy because I checked it for that flight, and when I got home I couldn't unlock it! I had set both locks with the same code, and I couldn't unlock either of them. I had only locked them once before to check to make sure the locks worked and they did, but after the flight they wouldn't unlock. I ended up having to open them with a hammer, which worked, but ruined them. So I'm sad, my pretty suitcase is a goner.
