Packaged very nicely,came fully charged and ready to go. directions included and very easy to set up. bluetooth connects right up. fits very nicely on my head and around ear. very easy to wear for long periods, not too tight but yet fits snugly. sunglasses fit nicely around these .i listen to a lot of news channels and sound quality is very clear. easy to add music and listen to if not wanting to listen to bluetooth. that is a very nice feature to have. being able to use these when in pool is also nice feature and works reasonably well. phone quality is also very good and is easy to use. battery lasts quite a while and charges quickly. noise cancelling a nice feature.. especially a great value when i purchased while on sale. i like the color it doesnt stand out too much. goes nicely with my salt and pepper hair. customer service is excellent. they respond quickly to questions and concerns and they stand behind their product. i own a diver 2 and came back for the upgrade!

This headset does make good sound, is comfortable to wear, and fits perfectly under a bike helmet. However since the speakers sit over your ears and don't stick inside like earbuds, you have to crank up the volume to hear them over wind. They are perfectly fine if I am peddling on a flat road, but if I am flying down a hill they become hard to hear.
