Just get it
I can't say anything negative about this garage door opener; it is super quiet, smooth and works perfectly. Love all the features. We had it installed so I can't address installs issues but the entire installation took less than an hour. Just a super product!

I'm glad I purchased this opener
I really like that everytime I open and close the door, I receive notification. If I'm not home, I'll know if someone messed with the 4-digit keypad that comes with it.It opens from a good distance. The remote controls work great. It comes with two. It's not quiet. It's about the same loudness as the previous one.I hired a handyman to install it. He installed it alone. It took him about 3 hours. He also set up the remotes and keypad code, so that is part of the installation.NOTE: The handyman and my brother recommended the Chamberlain over the Genie (the one I replaced). I'm so happy with the purchase!

Comes with everything needed for a 7’ door.
I was a bit worried after purchasing that it did not include everything needed - that is was a replacement drive only. It comes with drive unit, rail, trolley, belt, sensors, garage interior switch, exterior wireless key pad, and two remotes. Everything had batteries in them plus the drive unit. Went in perfect for my 7foot double car garage door. Very quiet compared to the chain drive.

Very poor directions
You have to download an app to get directions! In the directions I was to "click here" if I didn't have a sticker on the unit which would skip to another step. There is nothing on the screen to click on!Door wouldn't learn the open and closed position. The door would go into sensor error. I had used existing wiring which I tested for opens shorts and grounds and even temped a wire laying on the ground. Still same error. Called support which had me do the same trouble shooting steps, when they seemed to be out of solutions written on their screen they put me on hold for over 30 minutes thanking I would give up until they finally hung up on me.I thought I had finally got it working but in still acts up and will close and run back to open position.Some steps for setting up the devices had you choose a picture of your remote, but mine wasn't listed.Couldn't get the Q app to work.
