Very good supplement at useful dose and at a very reasonable price, given the dose and the number of capsules. This bottle can easily cover a year's usage. It's actually better value (despite being imported) than local brands, apart from being better in quality.Remember to take the capsules with a meal that contains at least some oil, as Vitamin D is an oil soluble vitamin, and that would help with absorption.

i tried zenith d3 really i threw it into distubin because i got negative results painful throat pain and other bad stuff, but this product is awesome very cheap, firstly i thought i should buy 2000ui of now foods but then i realized it is more cheap and you can take 1 pill in twos and it is cheap as well so do not worry about high dosage i am aslo taking this is right thing, it will be used up to 480 days this price i bought at 1113 rs. it best to me, i really love now foods

in past I have used nature's bounty but this one also seems to be good. if you don't spend at least couple of hours in sunshine then you most likely have vitamin D deficiency.

Product absorbency & quality is very good but I am given 120 D3 softgel instade of 240 D3 softgel.....Price is higher for me....

I have used NOW products for a while now, but this was an absolute mess....pills stuck together inside the container so badly I could not get a single one out...I had to cut the bottle open with a box cutter.Even once I cut open the bottle, I couldn't separate the capsules from each other without destroying them.It cant be blamed on temperature fluctuations in shipping because I received a bottle of fish oil capsules in the same package.

While it may be rated as 5,000 IU it does not digest and metabolize well. I was on another brand and could not find it and tried this and my Vitamin D3 level dropped to lower levels than before I was taking any. Clearly these are ineffective.
