Great for long trips!
I have UC and use adalimumab!This was recommended by a coworker that uses insulin everyday and takes this to the office with his supplies. I tried another product for a 6 hours trip from Costa Rica to Virginia and didn’t give me any confidence on whether my medication was at the right temperature or not and didn’t feel as cold as this medication requires.On Jan, I had a trip from CR to Spain (14 hrs) and I needed to take my medication with me. This was super useful and easy to use! I was able to keep track of the temperature which gave me confidence that my medication was good and safe. Also, the fact that this is an actual case for it and fits in your backpack or bag, makes you feel relax about your medication being store properly.The only “problem”, at least for me, was that it did sweat a little bit so I had to wrap it in a towel so it wouldn’t wet other items I had in my backpack, but that easily gets fixed!

Keeps insulin cool for long flights.
Easy to pack in carry-on luggage. Doesn't hold the cold over long flights, 8-10 hours. I don't know the solution for that.

Great for travel
This cooler comes with an ice pack and stays cold for hours on end. Even without the ice pack this cooler stays cool which is nice! Quality is great and there is a good amount of storage within the cooler.

Good
Great carrying case for insulin vials and supplies. Only wish the packs would stay frozen longer. Traveled 18 hrs and the packs only last up to 8 hrs.

Stays cold
This is much better than a similar when I purchased a couple years ago. It keeps my medication at the right temperature for a longer period of time. And I love the temperature gauge.

Not the best
I had high hopes for this case but it turned out to be very bulky and heavy. I ended up throwing it out on our vacation it wasn’t worth the extra space & weight to bring home. My husband has a smaller and lighter case that he’s been using for several years. I’ll purchase that one instead.
