Good magnesium from a reliable brand
Magnesium glyciniate is the best magnesium to take if you have a sensitive digestive tract. I've been taking these for over a month now with no issues. I buy from now brands if I can because I trust them and they are usually one of the cheaper brands. Great bang for your buck!

Takes away leg cramps
I first bought this at my local pharmacy which has since closed. This brand works great for those night time leg cramps. I do take as directed.
