Okay, so the size is like a horse capsule. No lie. If you are freaked out by the size of a capsule, well, this one is huge. However, I drink first to wet my throat, then take the vitamin and it's fine. No problem. I took this faithfully and within days, I could feel a difference. The value is great. I have priced this particular Magnesium other places, including a big box store and found this to be quite reasonable in price and it was delivered almost immediately. These vitamins work well. They are on the larger side and somewhat hard to swallow, but with enough water they’re fine. I take to shut my brain off while asleep and I can tell a difference in my sleep!!

I take this before bed and helps with craps. Would purchase it again.
