Good powder
It's a great powder. Relatively fine but not dust. Don't use it to substitute cocoa powder in brownies, it doesn't work. I thought I invented something, but it was a no-go. Good powder, bad idea. 0/10 don't do it.

Not reliable as far as quality/consistency is concerned! False claim of eligibility for refund
Three packages of dried strawberry powder were ordered but one package has the consistency of a rock. Any attempt to break up the contents, even without opening the package is futile and useless.The remaining two other packs seem exactly as they should be.So my review is a mixed one, and I am more than disappointed that even unopened products are non refundable. At the price of $12.99 this policy seems irresponsible (and it DOES indicate that a refund is possible until March 8th)Why the mislead?

It’s NOT STRAWBERRY!! The package states Vaccinium Cyanocococus, WTH?! And if you do a quick Google it’s NOT STRAWBERRY, and it’s NOT RETURNABLE!

This is so delicious and can be put in anything! We used it in smoothies, oatmeal, cereal and cookies!

Has a very faint taste of strawberry. Expected that it would be more flavorful.
